If you’re wanting to sell your house/condo quickly and for top dollar, I would highly recommend hiring Do-Up Design to stage your property. Tanyia and Maria staged my condo on a Thursday and three days later, I had multiple offers. The staging exceeded my expectations and was well worth the money. I ended up selling my condo for over the asking price, which took care of the cost of staging. Without the staging, my unit would have been languishing on the market for months. Besides her keen eye for design, Tanyia and her team were very professional and without them, I am certain my condo would not have been sold so quickly. They went above and beyond to get my unit looking amazing. If you’re on the fence about staging your unit for resale, just do it and hire Do-Up. It was money well spent.

Got my place all refresh made it feel like brand new, they have a really good concept of the space and how to utilize it! Really happy with the end result, subtle touches with nice blends of colours, made me feel like I never want to leave my house!

What an easy-going girl to work with. Tanyia furnished three airline crew houses for me in the NWT and she did such a fantastic job. After that experience I hired her to furnish my home in the city. I told her to pick whatever she wanted but gave her a tight budget. She wasted no time or money. I’m a guy with no idea on how to make a home look good and she listened to what I like and did an amazing job! This girl is great, absolutely five stars! …… and I never leave reviews !
